of Contract constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us in relation to their subject matter. By proceeding
with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the Conditions of Contract and agree to be bound
by them. However, if you do not or cannot accept our Conditions of Contract in full, you must stop using our website immediately.
These Conditions of Contract may vary from time to time. By browsing this website you accept that you are bound by the terms
and conditions current at the time when you browse or book.

AND CONDITIONS - SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Time for a Holiday provides accommodation
and transport from a wide range of accommodation providers and carriers. The provision of such travel arrangements will be
subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier as part of your Conditions of Contract with us as agent for the supplier.
We cannot list all of the supplier's terms and conditions here but you will need to have read them carefully.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - GENERAL
STATUTORY RIGHTS These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.We will
store and use the information you supply us, or which is supplied to us ("your information") for the purposes set
out in our Privacy Policy. DISCLAIMER To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time for a holiday disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied by statute,
custom or usage relating to the information contained in this website and we shall not be liable for any losses or damages
whatsoever, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise arising from this website, or from any interruption
or delay in accessing this website.
Terms and Conditions
With
Time for a holiday you can now book your whole holiday except the flight,
or just the bits that suit you – your accommodation, your car hire and much more.Depending on which combination
of products you choose to book, your terms and conditions could vary.
Hotel
booking This product offers
you a great selection of hotels and other type of accommodations. As this is a single component, the Package Travel, Package
Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 do not apply. Your holiday/ accommodation booking Whether you book alone or as a group, we will only deal with the lead booking name in all subsequent correspondence,
including changes, amendments and cancellations. You must be 18 years old at the time of booking and possess the legal capacity
and authority to book as the lead name and take up the offers advertised by us if they are still available. It is a condition
of your booking with us that you and all other members of your party, including infants and children, are adequately insured
and any person who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult whilst staying at the accommodation.
When you ask for your booking to be confirmed, we will confirm the booking within 24 hours and we
will send you a confirmation invoice. If any detail on the confirmation invoice is not correct you must tell us immediately.
The
price you pay All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, but we reserve
the right to change any of those prices from time to time. Prices can go up or down. We will be able to tell you
the up-to-date price of your chosen accommodation advertised by us before confirming your booking.
If we cancel your booking We aim to provide your accommodation as booked. But if, for example, you do not pay the balance of the accommodation
price on time, we may cancel it. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in any circumstances but if we cancel your booking
you can either have a full refund or accept replacement accommodation from us of equivalent or closely similar standard and
price (if one is available). Should you choose this option the terms and conditions of your holiday will not change and these
conditions will still apply to your booking. and we will always refund the difference in price if the replacement accommodation
is of a lower standard and price. Other than in the case of non-payment, we will not cancel your booking less than six
weeks before you go, unless this is the result of an event that is out of our control, such as war, threat of war, riots,
civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks,
hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.
Our
responsibility for your holiday/ accommodation booking We will
arrange for you to receive the facilities that make up the holiday/ accommodation that you choose and that we confirm. We
are responsible for making sure that each element of the holiday/ accommodation you book with us is provided to a reasonable
standard and as was advertised by us (or as changed and accepted by you).
Your Agreement with Us
Your contract By
asking us to confirm your booking, you are accepting that the terms of this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between
us with regard to your booking and your accommodation. You also consent to our processing personal information about you and
other members of your party. Your contract with us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England
and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising
under or in connection with your contract with us. You may however choose to submit to the law and jurisdiction of Scotland
or Northern Ireland if you are resident in either of these jurisdictions but not to any other law and/or jurisdiction.
Paying for your holiday/ accommodation booking You
will be required to pay 100% of your holiday/ accommodation price or a deposit only before we can confirm your booking.
You will be required to pay the deposit for each person in your party when you book unless this is within four weeks
of the date of arrival at the accommodation when the full amount for the booking is payable. The deposit amount will be specified
by us when your booking is made. If a deposit is allowed, the deposit payment will be your only commitment until four
weeks before your date of arrival. Within one week of booking, we will send you a Confirmation Invoice showing how much
you owe us. You must pay the amount on the last invoice issued by us, at least three weeks before your planned arrival
date at the accommodation. If you do not, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. If you change or cancel your booking If you wish to change or cancel your booking you must advise us. If you want to change any details of your booking
(such as changing to different accommodation or changing a name in your party), we will do our best to help. If you want to
cancel your accommodation booking or part of it the lead name on the booking must advise us. Once we receive your notice of
cancellation you should expect to receive a cancellation invoice within 7 days. If you do not then please contact us.
If you cancel your booking less than three weeks before your planned arrival date your deposit will not be refunded.
If you have a complaint If you have a complaint about your accommodation whilst away, you must immediately notify the supplier of the service
in question locally. If they are unable to resolve the problem immediately, and a member of our staff is not available, you
should contact us straight away by telephone/fax/e-mail and we will endeavour to assist. If you are still not satisfied, you
must write to our Customer Services Department at Time for a holiday, 20 Knockhall Road, Greenhithe, Kent, DA9 9HJ, within
28 days of your leaving the accommodation to allow your complaint to be investigated properly. Please write your booking reference
on your letter, and include your daytime and evening telephone numbers.
Your Conduct towards staff and other guests We
reserve the right to refuse to accept you as a customer or continue dealing with you if your behaviour is disruptive or affects
other guests or is threatening or abusive towards our staff or agents in the UK or resort, on the telephone, in writing or
in person. In any of these circumstances you may be evicted from the accommodation and no refunds will be paid to you and
we may make a claim against you for any costs and expenses incurred as a result of your behaviour. Criminal proceedings may
also be instigated. Reference to “you” or “your” includes for the purposes of this section the conduct
also of any other person in your party.
Your holiday/ accommodation The
holiday/ accommodation must only be used by those people named on your Confirmation Invoice (or on any Amendment Invoice issued).
You are not allowed to share the accommodation or let anyone else stay there. You are responsible for the cost of any damage
caused to your accommodation or its contents during your stay. These charges must be met by you and may have to be paid locally.
Contacting you If you book via our website or have opted in other
circumstances for us to contact you via e-mail, we will communicate with you using the e-mail address you have provided. For
example, to provide your e-confirmation, e-ticket, e-cancellation, etc. We will assume that your e-mail address is correct
and that you understand the risks associated with using this form of communication. Please note that you may still have to
contact us via our call centre or in writing as required in our terms and conditions.
