Time for a Holiday/ Shop order and refund policy
Order processing
Your order will be processed immediately after it has been received. If we have the item in stock
it will be sent out to you the same day by 1st class Next Day Delivery. You will receive email notifications for
each stage of the processing and delivery process. If your order is received on weekends or outside office working hours it
will be processed or it may be shipped the next business day. Returns and refund
You may return any item within 10 days of receipt,
in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may refund only if they are faulty but still in unused
condition. If the item is simply not wanted, you will receive a refund only for the cost of the item without the delivery
cost. You will receive the refund in full if the item is faulty. Please note that we do not refund or exchange any returns
if goods have been worn, soiled or the tags and protectors have been removed.
